Duties:

Aro Food Factory Inc. DBA High point meat Shop is currently in need of full- time Assistant Store Manager. The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

• Manage the over all operations of the store.
• Manage the staff requirements and recruit the new staff as per the store requirement.
• Arrange necessary training for the staff with latest information and update about the products of the store.
• Prepare the work schedule for the staff.
• Maintain and monitor the store inventory.
• Generate and review the daily sales report.
• Bring new ideas to enhance the store sales.
• Handle and manage budget and expenditure for the store.
• Handle and resolve the queries & complaints.
• Perform other duties as required.

Wages:

$ 35.50/hr for 40 hours a week

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School
