Skynet Wireless Inc is looking One (01) Assistant – Store Manager (NOC: 0621) for their store Kinetic Cellphone and Computer Repairs located at #101, 8334 128 St, Surrey, British Columbia.

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

Wages: $20.00 to $32.00/hr (Depending upon experience) for 40 hours/week + 4% Vacation Pay

Duties:

• Manage the overall operations of the Store.
• Look after and manage the staff requirement and recruit the new staff as per the store requirement.
• Arrange necessary training for the staff with latest information and update about products.
• Prepare the work schedule for staff.
• Prepare the staff work progress report on routinely basis.
• Handle and solve staff day to day queries and complaints.
• Handle and manage budget and expenditure for store.
• Bring new ideas to enhance store sales.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required. Any further related Education would be an asset.
• More than 2 year of experience in related field is required.
• Knowledge of English Language.
• Able to manage and handle a team.
• Must have good team player and leadership skills.
