Job Title: AIB Enterprises Ltd.

Permanent Position: Bookkeeper (NOC 1311)

No of Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, (Overtime & Weekend if required)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible

Work Address: Unit 202 11957 80 Avenue, Delta V4C 0E2

Wage rate: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour for 37.50 hours per week

Benefits: Relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Education: High school required, diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or related field an asset.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Languages: English.

Job Duties:

• Post journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare trial balance and other financial statements.
• Calculate and process payrolls, utility, and other bills.
• Coordinate receivable, payable and report financial results on a regular basis to management.
• Record and maintain financial records .
• Prepare tax returns, reports and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
• Coordinate with others to ensure proper planning and execution of business plans of the organization.
