Job Description
Responsibilities
Update, modify, and develop both in-class and online teaching materials for program delivery;
Be in charge of the creation and maintenance of textbooks, PowerPoint slides, teacher training cloud, and specialized materials for various courses and programs at New Link College;
Conduct statistical analyses to make sure courses and programs New Link College offered are cost-effective;
Facilitate the curriculum of courses, maintain existing learning content, and provide professional assessment and evaluation;
Help to develop and curate new programs, structure, and content tailored for needs of students at New Link College;
Provide training, professional development, and consultation to instructors in accordance with established policy;
Intervene in the matters of student performance as required, providing interpretations of procedures and regulations;
Manage multiple deadlines by prioritizing tasks and overseeing curriculum development projects;
Contribute to conduct research, administrate education policies and manage programs;
Other duties as required or apparent to ensure academic and professional standards and effective administration in BC
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required;
Three years of teaching experience or curriculum development is required;
Research experience is preferred;
Publications and presentations are preferred;
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
