Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver Body Shop is currently looking to fill a full-time position of an Estimator/Customer Service Representative.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Answer phone calls and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
Assist customers with courtesy vehicle, complete walk arounds and fill out rental agreements.
Create invoices and post repair orders.
Ensure invoicing is processed promptly and in compliance with ICBC policies and procedures.
Reconcile ICBC schedules as required and assist with the preparation of time cards for payroll.
Coordinate with external parties (i.e.: vendors) in order to execute work orders as required.
Estimating the cost and time for the repair of the vehicle.
Coordinate work in progress with the auto body technicians and other body shop staff as required. Update customers accordingly and explain the work completed.
Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be completed.
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques.
Other duties as assigned by management.
All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:
Minimum one year of dealership and/or receptionist/service writer experience.
Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
Experience with Mitchell & Audatex Estimating Software is an asset.
Post-secondary training is an asset.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Superior customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods.
Detail oriented and conscientious work ethic.
Self-driven to work independently with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
