“Express Security Services Ltd” is looking for a full-time, permanent Finance Manager (NOC: 0111) who could organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of Finance and accounting departments.

Work Location: #356-8158 128 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Wages: $44.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs./week

Tasks:

• Prepare or Co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements and financial management reports.
• Ensure accounting and finance reports are prepared in accordance with company standards.
• Manage and control budget expenditures.
• Conduct a monthly review of financial reports and perform accounting analysis.
• Hire and train the new staff as per company’s requirements.
• Gave and bring new ideas that leads towards for Company sales and financial status.
• Assist the sales team with information on finance and lease programs.
• Verification and accuracy of the documents involved in sale to ensure on-time funding.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and necessary approval prior top payment.

Qualifications and requirements

• Completion of bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• More than 3 years of experience in related field is required.
• Good English Communication skills are required.

Essential Skills:

• Candidate must be well-organized, initiative, reliable with good communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, High level of integrity, Flexibility, Accuracy, Task Oriented , Computer skills, time management capabilities etc.
• Must be able to multi-task and completing tasks on time.
