Financial Administrator – V-CAN Consulting Inc – Delta, BC Full Time

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree
• A university degree in business administration is an asset
• Five years experience in a finance role
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent judgement, strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Develop and device the financial policies and systems of the company
• Plan, organize, direct and control the daily financial operations including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Establish performance standards and prepare various financial reports
• Analysis of period-end balance sheets and income statements, general ledger, yearend working papers, salary costing projections, draft budgets, insurance budget, cash flow estimates, comparative expenditure statements and develop budgets that will keep the company’s costs down
• Review of cash flow forecast on fortnightly basis and updating management cash position
• Responsible to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reports

required by government agencies

• Evaluation of internal processes/control and suggesting management improvements from time to time
