Duties:

• Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms,
• Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
• Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel and transportation.
• Represents the first point of contact with guests.
• Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
• Attend to group arrivals and departures.
• Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
• Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
• Keeping record of room reservations and availability.
