Kumare Bakery – Baker Helper – Kumare Kafe and Bakery Inc. – Richmond, BC Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work in morning shift starting at 7 am

• Ensure bakery and equipment are maintained according to proper health and sanitation standards

• Operate mixers, dough rounder, and bun making machine

• Mix, prepare and bake bread, buns, and pastries according to recipes

• Make different fillings for baked buns and other pastries

• Ensure each item meets quality controls

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school

• Minimum 1 years work experience in bread baking

• Ability to read and speak Filipino will be an asset

Education, training & qualifications

Completion of secondary school

• strong math skills

• Food Safe Level 1

• Motor Coordination
• General Learning Ability
• Verbal & Written Comprehension
• Must be able to lift 25 kg
