Katson enterprises Ltd dba MUNCHIESNMORE located at 5012 Smith Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5G 2W5 requires Retail Store Supervisor with minimum high school. Eligible candidate should also have 3 months- 1 year of relevant experience or a college diploma/certificate in related field. Pay per hour will be $ 21.00. This is permanent full-time position with 32- 40 hours of week.

Job duties are some of the following:

– Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers & other sales staff.

– Manage and arrange daily tasks of sales associates and cashiers, and organizing staff schedules

– Write reports on monthly sales and staff work performance and make suggestions to increase sales

– Approve product exchange and refund and assist with relevant duties when opening or closing the store.

– Ensure cleanliness of the store, display, price tags, and maintain visual standards of merchandises.

– Deal with customers’ complaints and inquiries
