Miantiao, the latest concept from the award winning Kitchen Table group and the team behind Ask for Luigi, Di Beppe, Pourhouse, Pizzeria Farina, Farina a Legna and Giovane, is opening soon in the downtown core and is currently hiring a Sous Chef.

You have:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience working in a similar role
Previous experience with Italian and/or Chinese cuisine is an asset
Previous hotel experience is an asset
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
An eagerness to learn and improve continually
Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to oversee day to day labour, cost control and health and safety standards in the kitchen
A positive, can-do attitude
