The User Acquisition Manager – EMEA is the lead marketing role for the company’s expansion into the European, Middle Eastern and African markets, managing multiple user acquisition and engagement campaigns. The position’s primary objective is to grow the company’s user base in the dedicated markets by optimizing creative performance marketing campaigns across various third party networks and social channels.
Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, this is a key operational role that requires a unique balance of creativity, analytical thinking, effective communication/negotiation, and business development. The User Acquisition Manager – EMEA must be able to drive performance at scale while developing and growing strategic business relations. The ideal candidate is of Type A personality with acute attention to detail and unyielding creativity, has experience with marketing mobile apps or in digital marketing, and has a strong cultural understanding of the various mobile gaming markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning, managing, and executing performance-based user acquisition across various advertising channels
Analyzing data and optimizing campaign performance based on LTV and ROI evaluations
Suggesting user acquisition growth strategies and planning budgets using data-driven approach
Conducting A/B testing on live campaigns to optimize performance
Developing content strategies that leverage existing marketing distribution channels such as email, push, bots, and product features
Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign performance on a regular cadence
Working cross-functionally with the Growth, Design, Sales and Data teams to effectively communicate goals, strategies, and performance- both internally as well as externally
Fostering new and current relationships with advertising partners
Identifying new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
Staying up to date on latest user acquisition trends, shifts in market dynamics, and emerging platforms
Coordinating with 3rd-party tracking and attribution partners to ensure accurate end-to-end funnel data
Taking lead of your own portfolio of advertising networks
What We’re Looking For:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience
1- 3 years of experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition
Deep expertise with marketing technology in mobile space, performance marketing and attribution platforms
Ability to analyze performance data and metrics and make decision regarding campaign direction based on analysis
Ability to effectively communicate with Design team to brainstorm data-driven creatives that drive performance
Previous experience in working with SDK networks , DSPs , SSPs , Facebook , Google advertising, including ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, Fyber ect.
Must be self-motivated and results oriented
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for negotiation
Ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required
Comfortable presenting complicated material to diverse audiences; strong ‘soft skills’
Eager to learn new skills and work with new technologies
Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken in English
Bonus:
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaigns
Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or Programming Experience
Experience with Photoshop
Additional spoken and written languages!
